* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Refund must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
* The returned package must be received within 10 business days after the claim was put.

* All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original sealed packaging and include all accessories.
* Only new, factory sealed product is returnable. Opened CD will not be accepted for return.
